What Makes Oticon Reveal Different
Dual-AI Sound Processing
Reveal runs two artificial intelligence systems at the same time. Speech AI identifies and enhances the voices you are trying to follow, while Context AI preserves meaningful sounds from the environment around you. The two systems evaluate your surroundings every two milliseconds and coordinate their work, so the balance shifts as you move from a quiet room to a busy restaurant. Oticon reports up to 12 dB of noise suppression in demanding environments, which is a meaningful reduction without erasing the room entirely.
Reveal AI Clarifier
The Reveal AI Clarifier is the part of the hearing aid where this dual-AI processing happens. It replaces the MoreSound Intelligence system used in earlier Oticon platforms and is responsible for separating speech from surrounding sound, then recombining them in a way your brain can interpret with less effort.
4D Sensor Technology
Reveal continues to use 4D sensor technology, which reads what you are doing and where you are before deciding how to process sound. Whether you are seated in conversation, walking outdoors, or turning your head to follow a voice, the hearing aid adjusts to match the situation rather than waiting for the sound environment alone to tell it what to do.
Connectivity and Everyday Features
Direct Streaming to Your Devices
Oticon Reveal includes a redesigned connectivity platform with Made for iPhone compatibility, optimized Android connectivity, and Bluetooth Low Energy Audio, the newer wireless standard built for hearing devices. Calls, music, podcasts, and video audio stream directly to your hearing aids. Google Fast Pair simplifies the initial connection on Android phones and tablets, and Reveal supports Auracast broadcast audio, which lets you receive sound directly from participating theaters, airports, houses of worship, and transit hubs.
Streaming Comfort
A new Streaming Comfort feature automatically lowers the surrounding environmental sound while you are streaming, so a phone call or podcast stays in the foreground. The amount of reduction can be adjusted in the mobile app or set by your audiologist in the fitting software, which is useful if you prefer to keep some awareness of your surroundings while you listen.
Reveal Optimizer and Feedback Control
The Reveal Optimizer is Oticon's updated feedback prevention system, designed to reduce the whistling that can occur when amplified sound escapes the ear canal and re-enters the microphone. Improved feedback control at higher pitches gives your audiologist more room to deliver the amplification your prescription calls for, which matters most in open and vented fittings where the ear canal is left relatively unblocked.

Reveal is rechargeable and pairs with a desktop charger or a portable travel charger for time away from home. A matching CROS transmitter is also available for patients with little or no usable hearing in one ear, routing sound from that side to the better-hearing ear and using the same chargers as the hearing aids.
