Weekend Round Up!
This past weekend was a busy one for The Audiology METHOD!
Saturday I was fortunate to attend a Colorado Commission for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (CCDHH) presentation to the Hearing Loss Association of America--Colorado where attendees were educated on amplified phones, captioned phones, amplified and light alert ringers, product demo centers throughout Colorado, and how to apply for CCDHH's free services! I am looking forward to partnering more with both organizations in creating a more connected Colorado. For more information on either organization feel free to visit their websites or pick up an application in the office the next time you visit The Audiology METHOD.
On Sunday, it was an early rise to meet up with our nonprofit partner, The Smile and Nod Project and Deaf adventure blogger, Calvin of Seek the World , for a misty morning hike in Boulder, Colorado. While we all got a chance to practice our sign language, it was also a huge motivator for me to sign up for sign language classes this year. Want to join me? Email me at firstname.lastname@example.org and let's learn together!
Looking forward to what audiology adventures next weekend will bring! Interested in joining me? See the Event Calendar for details on my next adventure.
